All orders are shipped, tracked, with USPS Ground Advantage. At this time, we are only accepting orders for US based customers. Any orders placed to a freight forwarder will be cancelled.

Shipping insurance is provided through Seel Inc, Worry Free Purchase, and must be enabled at checkout. You can learn more about the service and how to file a claim here.

Returns

Due to the nature of sealed products in the Trading Card Game (TCG) industry, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not match the description, please reach out to us through the contact form here and provide the details of your order.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted prior to shipment, but please note that a 6% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charges incurred during the original transaction and will be deducted from your refund.
